Hypogene

Hypogene processes refer to geological processes that occur deep within the Earth’s crust, typically involving the formation of minerals and rocks through high temperatures and pressures, often in association with magmatic activity. Hypogene mineralization is crucial in the formation of primary ore deposits, distinguishing it from supergene processes that occur closer to the Earth’s surface.
